Clear, dark writing on light paper works best. Notes written with pens or markers tend to translate most beautifully. Faint pencil, very thin ink, or heavily textured paper can be more difficult to interpret, but I do my best with every submission. If you’re ever unsure, you’re welcome to reach out before ordering.

Your handwriting piece begins with an image of the original note, card, or message you’d like embroidered. After purchase, you’ll upload your handwriting sample through a simple form. I carefully scale and translate the writing to work within the size of the embroidery hoop, then hand-stitch it line by line. Each piece is intentionally slow and thoughtful, designed to preserve the feeling of the original writing rather than create a printed replica.

Yes in many cases, multiple handwriting samples can be combined into one piece (for example, handwriting in separate cards). This depends on spacing and layout, so if you have something specific in mind, please reach out before ordering to confirm what’s possible.

New pieces are released during monthly drops. Drop dates are always announced in advance on Instagram and listed in my bio.

The shop opens at 11:00 a.m. EST on drop day and remains open until inventory sells out. Each drop has a limited number of spots available to ensure I can maintain quality and a consistent turnaround time. Once a drop sells out, the shop will reopen at the next scheduled release.

Each piece is made entirely by hand. Orders ship within up to 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation once your piece is on its way.
Rush order fees are available on hoop orders only.

Because each piece is custom-made using the handwriting you provide, all sales are final. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to me. If something feels off or you have concerns when your piece arrives, please reach out. I’m always happy to review and discuss your order with care and transparency.

Embroidery is delicate and best enjoyed as a display piece. Keep it out of direct sunlight, avoid moisture, and do not wash or submerge the fabric. With gentle care, your piece is designed to be a lasting keepsake.
